Would definitely recommend for a concise stay
Charming pool, lovely outdoor area, where the manager was incredibly helpful, assisting in planning our trip and ensuring we had a great time exploring the local attractions like the nearby Mayan ruins.
Nothing not to love.

The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, making our trip memorable.
The breakfast options were very basic and ran out early, so be sure to go down early if you want to eat.

the pool was overcrowded, but at least I got to enjoy the ambiance of squished families, right? also, the breakfast was alarmingly basic, so much for a delightful morning feast. I mean, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade after that disappointment but was utterly ignored by the staff. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

the grounds of the property are beautiful, and I loved that it was less than a 5-minute walk to Princess Casino and only about 2 km from the amazing Cahal Pech Mayan ruins, making it easy for me to explore so many local landmarks during my stay.

Is it hype or the real deal?
The warm pool was incredibly inviting after a long day of exploring, and the friendly staff made planning our adventures a breeze. Morning coffee was a delightful touch that added sparkle to starting the day!
While the overall experience was pleasant, the dining options were a letdown with basic breakfast choices that often ran out too early. I wish there were more variety to kickstart the day right!

The clean and spacious rooms provided a pleasant stay, featuring big lockers and hot showers, while the grounds were beautifully maintained. Enjoying free coffee in the morning was a nice touch after refreshing dips in the pool. However, breakfast options were very basic, often running out early, and there were instances of loud music near the pool that detracted from the relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant was closed during my visit, making dining options less convenient.
